My name is Chrissy and I am so excited to be sharing this Fruit Salsa Recipe with you guys today!

I am a stay at home mom of two boys and I have been married to my high school sweet heart for 15 years!  My hubby and I love to work on projects together, we built our last home from the ground up doing all most everything ourselves.

Today I have a really delicious and easy recipe that is just perfect for summer, this Easy Fruit Salsa Recipe!  This Easy Salsa Recipe is loaded with strawberries, peaches, kiwi and pineapple.

Fruit Salsa Recipe

Get ready for some salsa happiness when you make this easy Fruit Salsa Recipe with Cinnamon Chips.  It's the perfect summer treat!

Ingredients

  • Kiwis {peeled and chopped}
  • Peaches {pitted and chopped}
  • Strawberries {hulled and chopped}
  • Pineapple {cored and chopped}
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tsp Sugar

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together in mixing bowl.
  • Scoop up Fruit Salsa with Homemade Cinnamon Chips, and ENJOY!

Notes

You can experiment with different flavors by alternating different types of your favorite fruits.

How to Make Cinnamon Chips

Cinnamon Chips Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Tortillas
  • Spray Butter {like Pam}
  • Sugar
  • Cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. You start out by cutting your tortillas into fourths with a pizza cutter.
  2. Spray them with the butter spray and coat with cinnamon and sugar.
  3. Then just bake them at 350 degrees for about 8 minutes.
  4. Enjoy scooping the salsa up with your Cinnamon chips!  This is delicious!!

    I use apples in mine. It gives it a bit of crunch.

    I used strawberries blueberries kiwi peach and apple for crunch but didn’t put lemon juice or sugar in and it was delicious! Huge hit in my family!
