Beef Burritos Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 Flour Tortillas, (buritto size)
- 1 lb Boneless Beef Chuck Roast, cut into large diced pieces
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup White Onion, finely diced
- 3/4 cup Beef Broth
- 1 cup Green Enchilada Sauce
- 8 oz. Green Chiles, (two 4 oz. cans)
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- *optional: Hot Sauce, (your favorite brand)
Instructions
- On medium heat, pre-heat a large skillet with a tight fitting lid.
- Heat your Olive Oil, then add Onion and Garlic and sauté for 1-3 minutes, until your garlic is fragrant and onions are translucent in color.
- Add your large diced pieces of Beef Chuck Roast and Beef Broth to the skillet.

- Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and place the tight fitting lid on your skillet.
- Simmer for 6-8 hours, or until the meat is very tender.
- Once the meat is tender, shred or pull the meat right in the pot.
- Then add the Chiles, Enchilada Sauce, Salt, Pepper and optional Hot Sauce.
- Increase the heat to medium and simmer for 8-10 minutes, or until the sauce has reduced and thickened.
- Heat your tortillas, then fill with 4 equal portions of the beef mixture.
- Finally, hand roll your beef burritos and serve!
