Ingredients 

  • 26 oz. Frozen Meatballs, (approx. 1 bag) or substitute with this easy Homemade Meatballs Recipe (frozen)
  • 18 oz. Sweet Baby Rays Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 cup Coca Cola, (8 oz.)

Instructions 

  • Gather your ingredients.
    Meatballs, barbecue sauce, and Coke.
  • In medium bowl, combine Barbecue Sauce and Coca Cola.
  • Pour half of sauce mixture into bottom of Instant Pot.
  • Add frozen meatballs to medium bowl and stir with remaining sauce mixture.

  • Transfer sauce-coated meatballs to Instant Pot, keeping meatballs away from edges to avoid burning while cooking.
  • Select “Pressure Cook” and change cooking time to 12 minutes.
  • Next, change cooking Pressure Level to Low.
  • Preheat will start 10 seconds after settings are selected.
  • Once Meatballs are done, Quick Release pressure before removing lid.
  • Allow to cool for 5 minutes with lid off. Stir and Serve!

  • Additional Time To Build Pressure: In addition to cook time, it will take approx. 15 minutes to initially reach pressure before cook time begins.
  • Larger Meatballs  – may take additional cook time.
  • Crock Pot Pressure Cooker Instructions: If using a Crock Pot Pressure Cooker, select the “Beans/Chili” setting to manually override cook time and pressure settings.
