Create everyone's favorite appetizer meatballs when you effortlessly cook up these easy Instant Pot Meatballs! Drenched in a sweet and savory BBQ and Coca Cola sauce, you'll just need 3 ingredients before your instant pot takes over and does the rest!
26oz.Frozen Meatballs(approx. 1 bag) or substitute with this easy Homemade Meatballs Recipe (frozen)
18oz.Sweet Baby Rays Barbecue Sauce
1cupCoca Cola(8 oz.)
Instructions
Gather your ingredients.
In medium bowl, combine Barbecue Sauce and Coca Cola.
Pour half of sauce mixture into bottom of Instant Pot.
Add frozen meatballs to medium bowl and stir with remaining sauce mixture.
Transfer sauce-coated meatballs to Instant Pot, keeping meatballs away from edges to avoid burning while cooking.
Select “Pressure Cook” and change cooking time to 12 minutes.
Next, change cooking Pressure Level to Low.
Preheat will start 10 seconds after settings are selected.
Once Meatballs are done, Quick Release pressure before removing lid.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes with lid off. Stir and Serve!
Notes
Additional Time To Build Pressure: In addition to cook time, it will take approx. 15 minutes to initially reach pressure before cook time begins.
Larger Meatballs - may take additional cook time.
Crock Pot Pressure Cooker Instructions: If using a Crock Pot Pressure Cooker, select the “Beans/Chili” setting to manually override cook time and pressure settings.
