You’re not going to believe how easy it is to make a Diet Coca Cola Slushy at home!
Here’s what you’ll do…
1. Start by freezing a portion of your Diet Coca Cola in an ice cube tray.
2. Then chill the remaining Diet Coke in the refrigerator.
3. Once frozen, blend together your frozen and refrigerated Diet Coke as specified.
4. Pour your Diet Coke Slushy into a fun glass or mason jar, and you’re done!

Diet Coke Slushie Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 cups of Diet Coke (or two 12 oz. cans)
- 8 large Ice Cubes
Instructions
- Pour 1.5 cups (or one 12 oz. can) of Diet Coke into an ice cube tray and place in the freezer for a minimum of 4 hours – must be completely frozen.
- Place remainder of Diet Coke in refrigerator to chill.
- Once Diet Coke in the dish has frozen, scoop out of dish and transfer to a blender.
- Then pour in 1.5 cups (or one 12 oz. can) of chilled Diet Coke from the refrigerator to blender + 8 ice cubes.
- Blend until well combined, and transfer to Mason Jars. Serve with a straw.
- ENJOY!
