Ingredients

- Dr. Pepper – Chilled in refrigerator.
- Frozen Dr. Pepper – Frozen in an ice cube tray.
- Ice Cubes
You’ll also need a kitchen blender on hand to get the job done.

How Long Do You Put Soda in the Freezer?
When it comes to freezing your Dr. Pepper, you’ll need to freeze your Dr. Pepper ice cubes for a minimum of 4 hours.
To make sure mine are all the way frozen, I usually just pop them in the freezer the day before I make my dr pepper slushie.

Here’s what you’ll do…
1. You’ll start by freezing Dr. Pepper in an ice cube tray. Just make sure to wait until it’s completely frozen before making your slushie.

2. Chill the remaining Dr. Pepper in your fridge.
3. Once the Dr. Pepper cubes have frozen, blend your Dr. Pepper as prescribed.
That’s it!

Dr. Pepper Slushie Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 cups Dr. Pepper, (or two 12 oz. bottles or cans)
- 8 large Ice Cubes
Instructions
- Pour 1.5 cups (or one 12 oz. can) of Dr. Pepper into a shallow freezer-friendly dish or Ice Cube Tray and place in the freezer for a minimum of 4 hours – must be completely frozen.

- Place remainder of Dr. Pepper in refrigerator to chill.
- Once Dr. Pepper in the dish or ice cube tray has frozen, scoop out and transfer to a blender.
- Then pour in 1.5 cups (or one 12 oz. can) of chilled Dr. Pepper from the refrigerator to blender + add 8 ice cubes.
- Blend until well combined, and transfer to Cute Mason Jars, then serve with a spoon or straw! ENJOY!
