Go ahead and skip the store bought cookies. Â These cookies taste so much better! Â All you’ll need are just a few ingredients, and you’ve got yourself some easy and delicious frosted Valentine’s Day Cookies that everyone will love.

Valentine's Day Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
- 16.25 oz. Betty Crocker White SuperMoist Cake Mix {1 box}
- 2 Egg Whites
- ½ cup Melted Butter, or Canola Oil, or Vegetable Oil
- 1 Red Food Coloring
- 2 Tbsp. Red & White or Valentine’s Day Sprinkles
- 2 .5 cups Cream Cheese Frosting
Instructions
- Combine cake mix, egg whites, and oil in large mixing bowl, and beat well.
- Chill dough in refrigerator for 45 minutes – 1 hour.
- Drop onto ungreased non-stick cookie sheet in rounded balls.
- Bake for approx. 8 – 9 minutes {or until done} at 350 degrees.
- Cool on cooling racks, and once cool it’s time to frost!
- Mix in just a few drops of Red Food Coloring to your Cream Cheese Frosting to tint the frosting pink. Stir until frosting is tinted a pretty shade of pink.
- Frost cookies, and sprinkle on some festive Red & White or Valentine’s Day Sprinkles, and ENJOY!!
