Easy Homemade M&M Granola Bars Recipe

This Easy Homemade M&M Granola Bars Recipe is the perfect way to pack some homemade love in your kiddos lunches!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Quick Cooking Oats
  • 14 ounces Eagle Sweetened Condensed Milk {1 can}
  • 2 tablespoons Butter melted
  • 1.5 cups Mini M&Ms

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray small cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In large mixing bowl, stir together Oats, Condensed Milk, Melted Butter, and Mini M&M's with wooden spoon.
  • Press mixture flat onto sprayed cookie sheet. {Tip: keep your hands slightly wet and to help them not stick to the bars}
  • Bake for approx. 20 minutes, or until done.
  • Remove from oven, and while still warm, carefully cut into granola bar style shapes using a plastic knife.
  • Cool completely and store in an airtight container for up to 1 week. ENJOY!!

    I made these one day because we had the ingredients and I didn’t want to go to the store to buy ‘granola bars’ for the kids’ school lunches. That was over a month ago, now the kids insist that I make these every week instead of store baught!
