Egg Roll Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 tsp Fresh Ginger, very finely diced
- 1/4 cup Seasoned Rice Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 1/2 cup Warm Water
- 2 cloves Garlic, crushed
- 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes*
- 1 1/2 tsp Cornstarch
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients.

- Thoroughly whisk all ingredients together in a small mixing bowl.

- Transfer mixture to sauce pan and bring to a boil.
- Then reduce heat and simmer mixture while stirring for 2-3 more minutes.
- Serve your dipping sauce at room temperature with your choice of Egg Rolls, Spring Rolls, Pot Stickers or Wontons.

Notes
- *How To Adjust The Heat: For a hotter sauce, add more pepper flakes. To reduce heat, strain sauce before serving.
- How to Serve: This recipe will make about 3/4 cups of egg roll or potsticker dipping sauce, enough for about 8 regular sized egg rolls. I like to divide it into 4 smaller dipping sauce servings. If you need more for a party, the recipe can easily be doubled or tripled.
