Fantastic ginger soy dipping sauce. We would want to double this recipe because we could picture slathering this gorgeous sauce on so many foods. We have everything in our pantry right now to make it and everything to make some extra dim sum treats.
I am right there with you on doubling this recipe. It takes just about the same amount of time and you get double the goodness for your efforts!
This looks delicious and super easy to make! I love that it takes only a few minutes and uses ingredients I already have at home. Definitely saving this recipe to try soon.
Nice sauce! I used finely ground chipotle peppers, grated the ginger and garlic, and added a pinch of coriander and a grating of lime zest. Since the chipotles are brown rather than red, I threw in a couple of dried hibiscus flowers while it was cooking to improve the color, and removed them after.
Those sound like delicious additions, Kathleen! Thanks so much for sharing!
