What You’ll Need to Make Your Easy Homemade Ice Pack

• 4 cups Water
• 1.5 cups Rubbing Alcohol
• 1 Gallon Size Freezer Ziploc
• Optional: Drops of Food Coloring, if you’re really feeling fun!

How to Make an Ice Pack with Water and Rubbing Alcohol

1. Add Water and Rubbing Alcohol to Freezer Ziploc, and zip up the bag.

2. Optional:  Drop in some drops of Food Coloring if you’re in a wild mood and want a color-tinted ice pack!

3. Place flat in Freezer, and freeze. (You can also double bag this for extra strength if you’d like.)

4. Whenever you need an ice pack, it will be waiting for you… just pull it on out of the freezer!

5. The combination of water and rubbing alcohol makes a fabulous moldable ice pack that can be conformed to wherever your owie is! 😉
