  • Pure Pumpkin Puree – NOT pumpkin pie filling.
  • Real Butter – To add rich, savory flavors to your sauce.
  • Heavy Whipping Cream – To infuse rich and creamy flavors into your sauce.
  • Shredded Parmesan Cheese – In addition to the pumpkin, it provides the dominant sauce flavor.
  • Garlic Powder – Gives your sauce a sweeter and more mellow flavor than fresh garlic.
  • Salt – To enhance ALL of the flavors of your sauce.

3. Next, slowly stir in the seasonings and cream, before adding the parmesan cheese and pumpkin.

4. Then continue cooking your creamy pumpkin pasta sauce until done.

5. When your sauce is done, combine it with your cooked fettuccine noodles… then serve it up and ENJOY!

Ingredients 

  • 16 ounces Fettuccine Noodles, (or your other favorite noodles can be substituted)
  • 1 cup Pure Pumpkin Puree, (NOT pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1/2 cup Salted Butter, (8 tablespoons)
  • 1 1/2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  • Gather your ingredients.

  • Prepare Fettuccine Noodles per instructions on box. As noodles are cooking, you'll prepare your pumpkin Alfredo Sauce.

  • In medium sauce pan, slowly melt Butter over low heat.
  • Stir in Heavy Whipping Cream, Salt and Garlic Powder, then increase to medium heat.
  • Add Parmesan Cheese and stir until melted.
  • Add Pumpkin and stir until well combined. Allow to heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
