How To Make Fruit Popsicles

This homemade fruit popsicles recipe is SO easy… and you’ll love having them on hand for those extra hot summer days!

Here’s what to do…

1. Wash your strawberries, then hull using a stem gem. (as pictured above)

2. Thoroughly blend.

3. Equally pour the contents of the blender into your popsicle molds.

Equipment

  • 6 Popsicle Molds
  • Blender
  • Stem Gem (for hulling strawberries)

Ingredients 

  • 20 medium-sized Fresh Strawberries
  • 16 ounces Strawberry Yogurt, (or Strawberry Greek Yogurt)
  • 2/3 cup Sugar

Instructions 

  • Gather your ingredients.
    Homemade Popsicles with Yogurt
  • Thoroughly wash strawberries, then hull with a Stem Gem.
    Strawberry with the hull removed by a tool.
  • Transfer all ingredients to your blender, and blend until smooth.
    Strawberry popsicle mixture in a blender.
  • Carefully pour the contents of your blender into 6 popsicle molds.
    Popsicle mold for six popsicles.
  • Place popsicle molds in the freezer for 4+ hours or overnight.

  • After frozen, carefully remove from your popsicle molds. (You may need to run the molds under warm water for a minute first.) ENJOY!
