These orange popsicles are essentially my crazy delicious Homemade Orange Julius, but on a stick… and in popsicle form!

And they’re nothing less than a lovely kiss of sweet frozen sunshine.

The creamy orange flavors with an added splash of vanilla are simply irresistible. Especially when frozen into cute little orange cream popsicles!

If you are lucky enough to have ever had an Orange Julius, then you know first hand the wonderful citrus escape you experience with each and every sip.

It truly is such a lovely drink and it made walking through the mall as a kid so deliciously fun!

But why live in the past when you can so easily create these frozen beauties at home?

They serve up the perfect avalanche of frozen sweet flavor that is simply begging to be devoured.

Ingredients

You’ll just need 5 simple ingredients to make the best orange popsicles recipe!

  • Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate – The base for your orange popsicle.
  • Milk – I recommend whole milk for best flavor, but 2% can be substituted.
  • Vanilla Yogurt – With this creamsicles recipe, you can use traditional yogurt, or Greek yogurt for extra creaminess.
  • Sugar – Just your regular white granulated cane sugar.
  • Vanilla Extract

You’ll also need a kitchen blender and popsicle molds to create your fabulous orange creamsicle popsicles! I purchased my popsicle molds at my local Walmart Grocery Store, but you can also usually find them on Amazon as well.

How to Make Orange Popsicles

Making these homemade orange and cream popsicles is as crazy easy as 1-2-3!

Here’s what to do…

1. Add all of your orange popsicles ingredients to your blender.

2. Blend thoroughly.

3. Fill your popsicle molds and freeze your custom popsicles as instructed.

Doubling Recipe Tip

If doubling or tripling recipe with buttons below, ingredient notes found after comma will not adjust. Increase ingredients as needed.

Ingredients 

  • 12 ounces Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate
  • 1 cup Whole Milk, (2% can be substituted)
  • 1 cup Vanilla Yogurt, (You can use traditional yogurt, or Greek yogurt for extra creaminess)
  • 1/2 cup Sugar, white granulated cane sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions 

  • Gather your orange popsicles ingredients.
    Ingredients for Orange Cream Popsicles
  • Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
  • Carefully pour the contents of your blender into 6 popsicle molds.
    Six popsicles mold.
  • Place popsicle molds in the freezer for 4+ hours, or overnight.
  • After frozen, carefully remove from your popsicle molds. (You may need to run the molds under warm water for a minute first.) ENJOY!
