Oat Flour Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Old Fashioned Oats {Rolled Oats}
- 1 Food Processor or Heavy-Duty Blender also needed
Instructions
- Transfer oats to a Food Processor or Heavy-Duty Blender, and pulse or blend just until oats turn into a powdery consistency. This usually takes between 20 seconds to 1 minute, based on your machine. {Note: Be careful not to overdo it, as pulsing or blending too long can result in a clumpier texture}
- Use oat flour right away in your recipe, or transfer to a mason jar and seal with a lid for later.
- Storage tip:Â Oat flour can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
