Have you been wondering how to make oat flour at home? Thanks to this quick and easy Oat Flour Recipe, you'll have ready-to-use oat flour in just 60 seconds! Once you know how easy it is to make yourself, you'll never need store bought oat flour again!
Transfer oats to a Food Processor or Heavy-Duty Blender, and pulse or blend just until oats turn into a powdery consistency. This usually takes between 20 seconds to 1 minute, based on your machine. (Note: Be careful not to overdo it, as pulsing or blending too long can result in a clumpier texture.)
Use oat flour right away in your recipe, or transfer to a mason jar and seal with a lid for later.
Storage tip: Oat flour can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
