Did you know it takes just 5 minutes to make peanut butter in a food processor?  Seriously, you won’t believe how easy it is with this Homemade Peanut Butter Recipe!

It turns out so creamy and delicious.  Plus, it only takes 3 ingredients!  Pull out your Homemade Blackberry Jam while you’re at it, and get ready to give your PB&J sandwich a serious upgrade!  Then bake up a loaf of this epic Honey Wheat Sandwich Bread to send your sandwich over-the-top!

Trust me, after you’ve made this quick and easy 3-Ingredient recipe for yourself, it will be hard to ever go back to using store-bought peanut butter again.  This homemade recipe is so much healthier than most store-bought varieties, and the hint of sweet honey makes it taste absolutely amazing!

Sometimes homemade recipes can hard and time consuming.  But that’s not the case with this ridiculously easy recipe.  So do yourself a favor, wow your family, and give it a try this week!

Homemade Peanut Butter Recipe

Turn your peanuts into a dreamy spread with this easy Homemade Peanut Butter Recipe!
Prep Time1 min
Cook Time5 mins
Course: Snacks
Cuisine: American
Servings: 2 cups

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. Shelled Dry Roasted Peanuts {no salt added variety}
  • 1 tbsp. Honey
  • 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt

Instructions

  • Pour peanuts into food processor, sprinkle with salt, attach lid, and process on full-speed for 4 minutes.
  • After 4 minutes, remove the opening on top, continue processing for 1 minute on full speed while slowly drizzling in honey from the top.
  • Remove lid, scrape down sides, stir with a spoon, and transfer to a 16 oz. mason jar.

Notes

  • Homemade peanut butter can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.  
  • When ready to use, remove from refrigerator, allow to warm up a bit, stir, and ENJOY!  
  • After use, place jar with remaining peanut butter back in the refrigerator until you're ready to use it again.

    How do you come up with this stuff, Heidi! I would never even think to make my own peanut butter but I am going to try it now. It’s such an easy way to make sure you’re only getting the good stuff and not a lot of chemicals. I don’t know why I thought it was so complicated! So excited now, thank you! Hugs, CoCo

    I seriously had no idea it was that easy to make homemade peanut butter. We frequently have jars of dry roasted peanuts in the house.. I’ll keep this recipe for just in case! It looks wonderful and so creamy. i also like the idea that there are no additives. Thanks
