Ingredients

• 15.25 oz Betty Crocker Vanilla Cake Mix Box
• 1/2 cup Butter melted
• 2 cups Lucky Charms Marshmallows
• 2 Large Eggs

Instructions

• Separate 2 cups of Lucky Charms marshmallows from cereal, and set aside.
• Add Cake Mix, Melted Butter, and Eggs to large mixing bowl, and mix until well combined.
• Then, with a large spoon, gently stir 1 1/4 cups of Lucky Charms marshmallows into the batter, making sure not to break up the marshmallows as you stir.
• Set the remaining 3/4 cup of Lucky Charms marshmallows aside for later. {you'll be using them to press onto the top of the cookies as soon as they come out of the oven}
• Chill dough for 20 minutes in refrigerator.
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Once dough has chilled, roll dough into 1 1/2″ balls, and place on nonstick cookie sheet with plenty of space around each one for cookies to expand.
• Bake 7 – 9 minutes, or until done.
• As soon as you remove cookies from oven, gently press a few Lucky Charms marshmallows on top of cookie, to give it a pretty finished look.
• Allow to cookies to cool on tray for 2 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to continue cooling. ENJOY!
