It’s actually ridiculously simple to prepare this easy honey mustard grilled chicken recipe.
Here’s what you’ll do…
1. If you didn’t buy thin sliced chicken, you’ll want to start by flattening your chicken pieces to an even thickness to allow for easy grilling. Start by placing each piece between two large pieces of plastic wrap. Then starting in the middle of each piece, use the flat side of a meat mallet or tenderizer to gently pound your chicken flat.
2. Next, mix up your honey dijon mustard chicken marinade ingredients and pour into a gallon freezer bag.
3. Add your thin sliced or flattened chicken to the bag and marinade in the refrigerator.

4. When ready to grill, remove your honey mustard marinated chicken from the bag and place on a preheated grill.
5. Then grill your chicken on a grill outside or on a grill pan inside.

That’s it. Easy peasy!!

This sounds yummy, can you use thighs and a george foreman grill?
Any kind of grill or grill pan will work, but your cook times may vary slightly. Also, boneless thighs will definitely work great, just be sure to flatten them before marinating to ensure the chicken cooks evenly on the grill.
Hope this helps ~ Heidi
