1. Make a simple syrup on the stove, using water and sugar.
2. Add your juices, simple syrup, and Sprite to a large punch bowl, and stir well.
3. Right before serving, add scoops of vanilla ice cream to your punch bowl, stir, and you’re done!

Christmas Punch Recipe
Ingredients
- 32 ounces Pomegranate Juice , (chilled)
- 32 ounces Cranberry Juice, (chilled)
- 2 liters Sprite, (chilled)
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- 5 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
Instructions
- Make a simple syrup by bringing water and sugar to a boil in small pot, stirring constantly.
- Once sugar has dissolved completely, remove from heat.
- Combine Pomegranate Juice, Cranberry Juice, Sprite and Sugar Water mixture in large punchbowl, and stir.
- Add scoops of Ice Cream right before serving and stir for some delicious frothy goodness!
- Transfer to large punch bowl with glasses, or serve out of mason jar mugs, and ENJOY!

- Serves approximately 18 one-cup servings.
- Depending on party size, you may want to double or triple the recipe. When determining amount to make, take into consideration the size of your cups, and also keep in mind that guests may want seconds. ENJOY!
