Well… it’s a faster way to tackle those greasy dishes, in the form of a spray. It’s kind of like the benefit of soaking grimy dishes overnight, but usually works in only a few minutes.
The only problem is… the spray can be a little pricey.

Dawn Powerwash Refill Ingredients
Here are the simple recipe ingredients, with a BIG thanks to Emma sharing on the Frugal Girls Facebook page!
- 2 oz. (1/4 cup) Dawn Dish Soap
- 1 oz. (2 tablespoons) Isopropyl Alcohol (Rubbing Alcohol)
- 13 oz. Distilled Water
- 16 oz. Spray Bottle

How to Make Dawn Powerwash
Add all ingredients to a spray bottle, swirl to combine and gently shake, and you’re done!

How to Use Dawn Powerwash
For lightly soiled dishes, spray directly on dishes, then rinse with warm water.
For heavily soiled dishes, spray directly on dishes, let sit for 3 minutes, then rinse with warm water.
Talk about EASY, right?
