I am a busy craft loving wife, and mom to 2 crazy boys! I work full time at a rec center doing special events and youth programming, and also test my hand in two different direct selling companies with some friends!
When it comes to crafts I love paper crafts, paper mache, and crocheting! I taught myself how to crochet via the internet about 2 years ago, and now I live for naptime and bedtime because then it’s my time to crochet! Making patterns, and trying new color combos is my favorite!
I’ve been blessed to connect with some amazing photographers who inspire me to create the cutest newborn sets for them to use, and love to see all the squishy faces in my snuggly hats and more!
I launched my Etsy site as a fun way to display my crafts and love knowing I’m now a part of so many families memories! Thank you so much for taking the time to check out this pattern and I hope you enjoy making it and using it as much as I have!

I feel like such a beginner asking this but what does it mean to double crochet into the chain? I’m trying to make the leg warmers and I keep adding stiches as I go and I think this is where I’m messing up . Also, when I join the stitches at the end of he round I’m slip stitching into the third chain that I made to crest the first stitch. Is that correct? If it is, I’m not sure where the next DC goes. thanks!
