Sarah Overkamp says
Purchase multi-colored ponytail holders (the thin kind) from the Dollar tree. Then stop by the $1 baskets/aisles at Target and pick up spools of their seasonal/holiday ribbon. Simply take the ribbon from the spool and tie to the ponytail holder. I tie all the strands (there are usually four strands) together around the ponytail holder and make one knot. I usually then knot the ends and clip the excess at an angle. If you are really into it; find some beads to put on the ends!
