Thaw Cool Whip in refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
Once Cool Whip has thawed, add Pumpkin, , Cool Whip, and dry Vanilla Pudding Mix to large mixing bowl.
Stir until well combined.
Transfer to a bowl, and serve with Graham Crackers, Ginger Snaps, or Nilla Wafers and ENJOY!
