Cube Bell Peppers and Yellow Onion, and slice Kielbasa.
Add Oil, Peppers, Onion and Garlic to skillet, and stir over medium heat.
After 10-15 minutes, or when onions become translucent, add Kielbasa, Sauerkraut, Brown Sugar and Salt to skillet. Stir for 5 more minutes, then ENJOY!
