Ingredients
1poundBoneless Skinless Tilapia Filets(fresh or thawed)
Rinse each tilapia filet under cold water, then pat dry with paper towels.
Spray generously sized sheets of aluminum foil with non-stick cooking spray (1 sheet per each Tilapia filet)
Lay filets on individual sheets of aluminum foil, then drizzle each with Butter and Lemon Juice.
Season each filet with Salt and Pepper to taste.
Then carefully fold foil over filets to hold liquid inside.
You may want to double wrap with foil to make sure no liquid leaks out when flipping later on the grill.
Cook for approximately 10 minutes on grill at 350 degrees, flipping after 5 minutes.
Your tilapia will be done when the filet turns white and flakes easily with a fork. The internal temperature should also be at least 145 degrees.
Once your filets are done, remove the filets from the foil and immediately discard the foil before serving. (to trap the odors and mess)
Serve topped with optional chopped Green Onion. No mess, no odors, just mouthwatering delicious grilled fish!
