Add all ingredients (except garnish ingredients) to Crockpot and stir well.
Cook on HIGH for 2 hours, or LOW for 4 hours.

Stovetop Instructions: Add all ingredients to large pot, bring to a boil over Medium-High heat on the stove, stirring occasionally. Once it begins to boil, cover and reduce heat to Low, then simmer for 15 more minutes.
Freezing Instructions: Allow soup to cool after cooking. Then transfer to freezer safe glass food storage containers, or freezer storage bags to lay flat and save freezer space.
Reheating Instructions: To Reheat in the Microwave: Ladle leftover soup into a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 1 - 2 minutes, or until hot and ready. To Reheat on the Stove: Transfer leftover taco soup into a pot and reheat over medium heat for about 5 - 10 minutes, or until hot, stirring regularly.
