Pour 1 cup of water into small or medium saucepan, add bay leaf, and bring water to a boil.
After water is boiling, remove saucepan from heat. Add in Minute Rice and Salt, and stir until all rice becomes wet.
Then cover saucepan with lid, and leave covered for 5 minutes, or until all water has been absorbed.
After 5 minutes, romve lid, stir in your Cilantro and Lime Juice, and serve immediately! ENJOY!!
