21ouncesCream of Chicken Soup(2 cans, 10.5 ounces each)
16ouncesZiti Noodles(or Whole Wheat Penne)
1cupSour Cream(or Light Sour Cream)
6ouncesStove Top Chicken Stuffing box (or Whole Wheat Stuffing)
Instructions
Boil Ziti Noodles according to package instructions, Strain, then set aside.
Carve Rotisserie Chicken, remove skin, then shred meat with 2 forks.
In large mixing bowl, stir together Shredded Chicken, Soup & Cooked Noodles.
In separate bowl, mix together (uncooked) Stove Top Stuffing and sour cream.
Spray 9x13 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray, then spread chicken/noodle mixture in dish.
Then spread stuffing/sour cream mixture over chicken/noodle mixture in dish.
Finally, place a layer of Swiss Cheese slices on top.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, or until hot and edges are bubbly. ENJOY!
