3lbs.Boneless Skinless Chicken Breastsfresh or thawed
6oz.Frozen Chopped Spinachthawed
6oz.Artichoke Heartsdrained and chopped
2cupsshredded Pepper Jack Cheese
1cupshredded Parmesan Cheese
8oz.package Philadelphia Cream Cheesesoftened to room temp, then cubed
1/4cupSour Cream
1/4cupMayo
1/2tspGarlic Powder
1/2tspSalt
1/4tspPepper
Instructions
Place chicken in crockpot and cook chicken on HIGH for 2.5 hours, or on LOW for 5 hours. (covered)
After 2.5 hours on HIGH or 5 hours on LOW, drain juices from Crockpot.
Mix together remaining ingredients in medium bowl.
Spread mixture evenly over chicken, and cook on HIGH for 1 additional hour (covered), or until done. ENJOY!!
