56ounces‘Italian Herb Recipe’ Crushed Tomatoes 2 cans28 oz. each)
6ouncesTomato Paste (1 can)
1White Onionfinely chopped
8clovesGarlicfinely chopped
1tablespoonOlive Oil
2teaspoonSugar
1teaspoonDried Oregano
1teaspoonSalt
¾teaspoonBlack Pepper
Instructions
Toss all ingredients into Crockpot, Stir, and Cover.
Cook on HIGH for approx. 3 hours, or LOW for 6 hours. Serve over cooked Pasta and ENJOY!!
Notes
If Freezing: Once done, let sauce cool completely. Store in Freezer Gallon Ziploc Bags or Freezer Safe Canning Jars (leaving 1/2" empty space at top for expansion when freezing.) Freeze up to 3 months... and ENJOY!
