3poundsBoneless Skinless Chicken Breastsfresh or thawed
1cupAsian Sesame Salad Dressing(8 ounces)
⅓cupSmucker’s Apricot Preserves
1ounceDry Lipton Onion Soup Mix packet
OptionalSesame Seedsfor garnish
OptionalGreen Onionsfor garnish
Instructions
Gather your sesame chicken ingredients.
Cook chicken in crockpot on HIGH for 3 hours or LOW for 6 hours. (covered)
After 3 hours on HIGH or 6 hours on LOW, drain juices from crockpot.
Mix together Asian Sesame Dressing, Apricot Preserves, and Dry Onion Soup Mix.
Pour mixture over chicken, and cook on HIGH for 30 more minutes (covered), or until done.
Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with Sesame Seeds and Chopped Green Onions. Serve with a side of rice or over noodles. Enjoy!
