8Hamburger Buns (Potato Buns are really yummy with this!)
8slicesof Cheese (I like Tillamook Cheddar)
Instructions
Mix your egg, ranch mix and Fritos in a large bowl.
Add your lean ground beef to bowl and mix with your fingers.
Form mixture into 8 balls, smashing into patties with fingers or a hamburger press.
Carefully stack burgers with Wax Paper separating patties, and place burgers in fridge to marinate for a few hours or overnight.
Grill your burgers for 4 - 5 minutes on each side at 350 – 400 degrees, or until done.
Melt cheese onto burgers.
To grill or to not grill your buns?? Your Choice!! I love to add some butter to the inside of the buns, and grill them just until a little toasty.
Build your burgers… bun, burger, optional grilled onions, lettuce and tomato, and ENJOY!!
Notes
Freezer Tip: These Ranch Burgers are also Freezer-Friendly! If you want to freeze these for later, carefully stack burgers with Wax Paper separating patties, and transfer to a Freezer Ziploc bag, and place in Freezer, standing up. When ready to use, simply thaw as many burger patties as you’d like, then grill the burgers using the instructions in this recipe.
