Spray inside of both sides of campfire pie iron with nonstick cooking spray.
Butter 1 side of a slice of bread, and place buttered side down on pie iron.
Spread pie filling on top of the slice of bread, then add a few dollops of whipped cream cheese.
Butter 1 side of another slice of bread, and place buttered side up on top of the strawberry/cream cheese topped bread.
Close up campfire pie iron, and cook over hot coals for 1 minute - 1 minute 30 seconds on each side. (2 - 3 minutes total.)
Once done, carefully open up pie iron, remove your pudgy pie, transfer to a plate, and sprinkle with powdered sugar. ENJOY!
