In large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, butter, and milk, and mix with mixer until well combined.
Spray donut pan with non-stick cooking spray, and spoon mixture into pan filling each spot no more than halfway full.
Bake for 11 - 13 minutes, or until done.
Remove donuts from pan, and roll in powdered sugar. Wait 5 minutes, then re-roll each donut in powdered sugar one more time. ENJOY!
