Lemon Mug Cake Recipe
This easy, 2-ingredient Lemon Mug Cake Recipe is the perfect sweet and tangy single serve treat!

Ingredients
- 16 oz. Betty Crocker Angel Food Cake Mix box (‘Just Add Water’ variety)
- 13.25 oz. Betty Crocker Lemon Cake Mix box
Instructions
- In large mixing bowl, whisk together Angel Food Cake Mix and Lemon Cake Mix until well combined.
- Transfer mix to mason jars for easy storage. (you can use THREE 16 oz. mason jars, or ONE 32 oz. mason jar + ONE 16 oz. mason jar)
- When the craving for cake sets in, grab a microwave safe mug and add 3 tbsp. Cake Mix, 2 tbsp. Water, and stir well.
- Microwave for 1 minute, or until done.
- Top with some whip cream and ENJOY!
