Finger-licking good, and perfectly sweet and sticky, these Honey Garlic Ribs are just what your week needs! Thanks to your slow cooker, you'll end up with fall-off-the-bone, savory perfection! And with just 10 minutes of prep, they're SO easy to make!
Add Honey, Garlic, Ketchup, Soy Sauce, Thyme, Oregano and Cayenne Pepper to medium bowl, and whisk until well combined.
Reserve 1 cup of sauce, then pour remaining sauce evenly over Ribs in Crock Pot.
Place lid on Crock Pot and cook on HIGH for 2 hours or on LOW for 4 hours.
After 2 hours on HIGH or 4 hours on LOW, pour 1/2 cup of remaining sauce evenly over Ribs, then replace lid and continue cooking for 2 MORE hours on HIGH or 4 more hours on LOW.
When Ribs are done, remove from Crock Pot and spoon or brush on final 1/2 cup of sauce before serving.
Optional: Spoon sauce from Crock Pot over ribs several once or twice while cooking, to keep ribs nice and saucy!

How To Store: Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. You can reheat the next day for another easy weeknight meal!
How To Reheat: Preheat your oven to 250 degrees. Then slather your ribs with additional sauce and wrap them in aluminum foil, before placing them in a casserole dish. Heat the ribs on the center rack for 25-35 minutes, or until the internal temperature of your ribs is 140 degrees.
