Today we're going to transform your peanuts into a creamy, dreamy spread with this easy Homemade Peanut Butter Recipe! Just 3 ingredients and a quick spin in your food processor... and you're done!
16oz.Shelled Dry Roasted Peanuts(no salt added variety)
1tbsp.Honey
1/4tsp.Sea Salt
Instructions
Gather your ingredients.
Pour peanuts into food processor, sprinkle with salt, attach lid, and process on full-speed for 4 minutes.
After 4 minutes, remove the opening on top, continue processing for 1 minute on full speed while slowly drizzling in honey from the top.
Remove lid, scrape down sides, stir with a spoon, and transfer to a 16 oz. mason jar.
When ready to use, remove from refrigerator, allow to warm up a bit, stir, and ENJOY!
Now you can smother on toast, make a PB & J sandwich, dip apple slices, add some to your oatmeal, or bake up some peanut butter cookies with your delicious homemade peanut butter!
After use, place jar with remaining peanut butter back in the refrigerator until you're ready to use it again.
Storage Tip: Homemade peanut butter can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
