Ingredients
1cupMilk
4largeEggs(lightly beaten)
1tbspSugar
1tspGround Cinnamon
1tspVanilla Extract

Instructions
Gather your ingredients.
In large bowl, whisk together Milk, Eggs, Sugar, Cinnamon, and Vanilla until well combined.
Preheat skillet over medium-high heat.
Once skillet is hot, spray with nonstick cooking spray or drizzle with butter.
Dip slices of bread into batter, coating them well on each side, then transfer to hot skillet.
Cook for 2 -4 minutes, or until bread begins to turn golden brown on the bottom, then flip and continue to cook on the other side until golden brown.
Remove from skillet once done, serve hot, and ENJOY with your choice of delicious toppings... like powdered sugar sprinkles, flavored butter, maple syrup, etc.
How to Keep French Toast Warm: Once you've cooked some of your French Toast (and are waiting for the rest to finish cooking) you can keep the cooked slices warm by placing them on a cookie sheet in the oven at 200 degrees.
Freezing Instructions: Once French Toast slices have cooled completely, transfer to a gallon sized freezer bag or freezer safe glass container, and freeze up to 2 months. Frozen French Toast can be thawed overnight in the refrigerator or microwaved, then toasted back up again in the toaster or on a skillet.
