1.5poundsBoneless Center Cut Pork Loin Chopsthawed (approx. 4 chops)
10.5ouncesChicken Broth (1 can)
10.5ouncesCampbell’s French Onion Soup (1 can)
1/2cupSour Cream
Instructions
Gather your ingredients.
Pour can of Chicken Broth into bottom of Crock Pot
Place Pork Chops in Crock Pot, and cook on LOW for 3 1/2 hours, covered.
After 3 1/2 hours on LOW, drain and discard juices from Crock Pot.
Mix together French Onion Soup and Sour Cream in small mixing bowl, and stir well.
Pour mixture of Pork Chops, and cook on LOW for 30 more minutes, or until done. Enjoy!!
