Add Sugar and Hot Water to medium saucepan and stir.
Bring to a gentle boil on medium heat, stirring continuously.
Transfer mixture to Crockpot, and add Milk and Vanilla Syrup. Stir well.
Cook on HIGH for 2 hours (or LOW for 4 hours), or until hot.
Once hot, pour into mugs, top with Whip Cream, sprinkle with Ground Cinnamon and ENJOY!
