3poundsBoneless Skinless Chicken Thighsfresh or thawed
4ouncesGreen Chiles (1 can)
2teaspoonsGarlic Salt
½cupWhite Onionsdiced (Optional)
Instructions
Gather your crockpot green chile chicken ingredients.
Cook chicken in crockpot on HIGH for 3 hours or LOW for 6 hours. (covered)
After 3 hours on HIGH or 6 hours on LOW, drain juices from crockpot.
Mix together green chiles and garlic salt. (and optional onions)
Pour mixture over chicken, and cook on HIGH for 30 more minutes. (covered)
Remove chicken from crockpot, and shred with a fork.
Serve with all the fixins for tacos, or wrapped up in burritos. YUM!
