1cuppeeled and very thinly sliced Carrots (about 3 med. carrots)
½cupvery thinly sliced Celery (about 1.5 stalks)
1tablespoonButtermelted
3Bay Leaves
½teaspoondried Thyme Leaves
1teaspoonPepper (I used freshly ground pepper)
optional: add Salt to taste
Instructions
Gather your ingredients.
Add all ingredients {except noodes} to 6 – 7 quart Crockpot and stir well.
Cook on HIGH for 3 1/2 hours, or LOW for 7 hours, stirring 1-2 times.
Add uncooked Linguine Noodles to Crock Pot, stir and cook on HIGH for 45 more minutes.
Remove Bay Leaves, Stir, and Serve. ENJOY!
