Let your slow cooker do the cooking for you tonight with this easy Crockpot Chicken and Rice! Packed with protein, stuffed with rice, loaded with piles of cheese, and topped off with plenty of savory bacon... you'll be dreaming of your cozy dinner all day long! Just dump it in, and walk away! Talk about EASY!!
Spray inside of 5 - 6 quart Crock Pot with non stick cooking spray.
Combine Soup, Evaporated Milk, Ranch Seasoning, Rice, and Bacon in mixing bowl, and stir until well combined.
Place Tenderloins in bottom of Crockpot, then pour mixture from bowl over chicken.
Cover Crockpot and cook on High for 2.5 hours or LOW for 5 hours.
Then remove lid, carefully stir rice mixture and chicken all together thoroughly, cover, and cook on HIGH for 30 more minutes, or LOW for 1 more hour, or until done.
Then stir entire mixture again, top mixture with Cheddar Cheese and cook for additional 5 minutes before serving.
Optional: Garnish with chopped Green Onions. ENJOY!
