Cook on HIGH for 3 hours or LOW for 6 hours (covered)
After 3 hours on HIGH or 6 hours on LOW, drain juices from Crock Pot.
In small mixing bowl, combine Butter, Mayo, Parmesan, Garlic, Oregano, Basil & Salt and stir well.
Pour mixture over chicken.
Cover, and cook on HIGH for 30 minutes more, or until done. ENJOY!!

Variations:Buffalo Parmesan Garlic Sauce
Add 1 cup Buffalo Wing’s Sauce to this sauce mixture.
Garlic Parmesan Pork ChopsInstead of chicken, you’ll need:
1.5 lbs. Boneless Center Cut Pork Loin Chops
10.5 ounces Chicken Broth
And for the sauce, you’ll need:
1/2 cup Butter (softened)
1/2 cup real Mayonnaise
6 Garlic Cloves, finely minced
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
1/4 teaspoon Oregano
1/4 teaspoon Basil
1/2 teaspoon fresh squeezed Lemon Juice
pinch of salt
Pour can of chicken broth into bottom of crock pot, place pork chops in crock pot, and cook on LOW for 3 1/2 hours, covered.
After 3 1/2 hours, drain and discard juices from crock pot, mix up your garlic parmesan sauce, pour over chops, and cook on LOW for 30 more minutes, or until done.
