Add 1 tbsp. Olive Oil, Beef, and Chopped Onions to frying pan.
Brown Beef and soften onions in frying pan.
Drain juices from meat and set beef/onion mixture aside.
In a small bowl, mix your Chili Powder, Cumin, Mustard Powder, Basil, Cayenne Pepper, Black Pepper and Salt.
Add all ingredients (except cheese and green onions) to 6 - 7 quart Crockpot and stir well.
Cook on HIGH for 2 hours, or LOW for 4 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
Garnish with grated Cheddar Cheese and chopped Green Onions. ENJOY!
