This Crock Pot Chicken Broccoli Rice Casserole will be the EASIEST dinner you'll make all week! Packed with protein, loaded with rice, and piled high with cheese... it's the most delicious way to sneak more veggies into your day! Just dump everything in your slow cooker and walk away. It will be doing the cooking for you tonight!
1cupshredded Mild Cheddar Cheese(sharp can be substituted)
Instructions
Spray inside of 5 - 6 quart Crock Pot with non stick cooking spray.
Combine Soup, Evaporated Milk, Ranch Seasoning, and Rice in mixing bowl, and stir until well combined.
Place Tenderloins in bottom of Crockpot, then pour mixture from bowl over chicken.
Cover Crockpot and cook on High for 2.5 hours or LOW for 5 hours.
Remove lid, carefully stir rice mixture and chicken all together thoroughly, add broccoli to top of mixture, cover, and cook on HIGH for 30 more minutes, or LOW for 1 more hour, or until done.
Then stir entire mixture again, top mixture with Cheddar Cheese and cook for additional 5 minutes before serving. ENJOY!
