Line your baking sheet with parchment paper, or aluminum foil. Optional: If using foil, you can spray lightly with nonstick cooking spray if desired.
Place bacon slices on baking sheet, then place sheet on middle rack of oven.
Bake for 15 – 25 minutes, or until done. (time can be altered depending on how crispy you like your bacon and how thick your slices are)
Keep an eye on your bacon… do NOT overcook!
When it’s done to your crispy likings, remove from the oven, and transfer bacon to a paper towel lined plate, to drain off excess grease. You can use paper towels on top to pat off extra grease as well.
