Swapping the oil and eggs in your brownies for black beans is the perfect way to sneak more veggies into your day! And the crazy part is... you won't even notice! You'll just end up with perfectly decadent brownies!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees for glass or aluminum 9x13 pan, or 325 degrees for nonstick 9x13 pan.
Add water and beans to blender, and blend well until pureed.
In medium mixing bowl, stir together powdered Brownie Mix and Water/Bean puree until well combined.
Spray bottom and sides of 9×13 nonstick baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Transfer brownie mixture into 9×13 dish and spread out evenly.
Bake for 25 - 30 minutes, or until done, and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Allow brownies to cool, then cut with a plastic knife. ENJOY!
