8oz.Yogurt(I like to use Boysenberry, Blackberry, Strawberry, or Raspberry)
3Baby Carrots
Optional: 1 tsp. Sugar
Instructions
Blend spinach, orange juice and milk together first.
Once the spinach has blended well, add all other ingredients and blend.
I like to use frozen fruit, but if using fresh fruit, you can add in some ice cubes for more of a frozen consistency. ENJOY!
Notes
If making for two, just cut the recipe in half.
